Not recommendable! Miserable service, wanted to order coffee and 1 piece of cake yesterday 10/22/20 (3 people). After 45 min. if we were discovered and got the little papers (cards), wanted to order directly then we were told, no, our colleague will do that. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Mh, after another 20 min. our order was taken. Wait again! In the meantime we could see that the colleague was digging into the ground with her gloves because something had fallen down while clearing. After that, they held their faces and continued serving. Pooh. The colleague had his fingers directly in the glass while serving the drinks. No hygiene, uh. In addition, the young man was reprimanded several times in front of the guests by the older waitress! He was really busy and ran between the tables but still totally overwhelmed. As we still had to wait for our order, we got up and left. Just outrageous. We were mad! If there is a staff shortage then the beer garden only opens halfway, we would have had a lot more understanding for that than sitting there for 1.5 hours without being served. That was our last visit! You should be ashamed of yourself! In Monis Kaffe we ​​were allowed to enjoy our coffee and delicious cake after 5 minutes! Thanks for that👍😁😁.

The food was good, there was no waiting time until ordering, eating and paying. There is still a lot of room for improvement here. The staff was friendly.

Not to be recommended at all, staff was very rude. There are no things on the menu and you get other dishes without asking. If you complain about it, you get pampered. To pay, the waiter takes one of the many crumpled bills out of his pocket, which wasn't the right one. The price twice as high as there were a number of things on the bill that were not ordered. Then the bill was handwritten adjusted, where the waiter included the tip himself. Definitely not recommended. Then better not eat or drink anything than there.

I would like to thank the team for the friendly and quick service in a wonderful atmosphere. Food and drinks were very tasty. My special thanks go to the Syrian service employee who not only provided everything quickly and politely, but also successfully looked for my pen, which I left behind. Operation unfriendly and inattentive to the stop. I cannot judge food because I have moved away from the actual intention to eat something. My wife's food didn't look bad.

The waiting sign at the entrance "You will be placed" then you should find your own place, the hygiene concept is completely missing, the service is overwhelmed and the drink, the order was Latte Marciano "was not at all enjoyable, all the other tables around complained too about their cafe drinks, no verdict for this restaurant again.

The ice cream for € 3.90 wasn't available. The ice cream sundae for € 7.50 were small and the ice cream tasted like from the supermarket and the milk coffee and the latte macchiato were also too small or not full. Price-performance ratio doesn't fit here.

We were there on Monday, 08/23/2020. Due to Corona we had to wait at the entrance. But we were assigned a seat very quickly. The waiter came very quickly, but there was still room for improvement in terms of friendliness. We had ordered 2 pots of coffee and 2 round cakes (apple pie and cheesecake). The coffee pot was no bigger than a cup, although the inside of the cups was not clean. The cake could have been from Aldi. Both cost 14.70 euros. Unfortunately, there are not many alternatives to drinking coffee in Wörlitz. In any case, we cannot recommend this place.

Aaallso food and drinks were good service "rustic" and very nice. BUT waiting 30 minutes for drinks and 70 minutes for the food is really bad because no coronavirus speeches help either.

After reading all the negative reviews I was rather skeptical. We had reserved for 16 people, but they only reserved 8 people. But it didn't matter because it wasn't that full on Saturday at 12 o'clock when the weather was mixed. Tables and chairs were put together in the beer garden and it fit. Nobody had to wait long at the entrance and all guests were seated quickly. The cards were clean and in paper form because of Corona. The service was very friendly and also accepted special requests. Drinks and food came quickly. The food was ok (I would give it 3 points). Not an extraordinary experience but rather solid. Overall, the value for money for this location was okay. Whether you want to spend € 4.60 on a 0.5l bottle of branded beer is an open question. But there are also cheaper alternatives. So I can't quite understand the negative reviews. However, we didn't try any ice cream or coffee. The dishes and cutlery were clean and the waitresses were always friendly. So I would still give it 4 stars.

After a walk in the nearby park, we decided to go to the beer garden, which looks cozy from the outside. As we soon noticed, however, appearances dim. Because of the corona measures, we had to wait first. We stood in front of the sign "You will be given a seat by us" for a full 10 minutes while the three waitresses ignored us without any greeting. Redemption soon came after a line had formed behind us. We were offered a nice place including the note for them food. After we had to wait another 20 minutes for a waitress, they ran past us several times and in the meantime had looked at the reviews, we couldn't stand it in the restaurant anymore: it only meant OUT!

After our walk in the garden empire we wanted to have an ice cream - the ice cream cup offered in the advertising (free garden empire cards) for 3.90 euros was not available here. At least not on the map. The cups were all much more expensive. The waitress was extremely friendly and brisk. But that was the only thing that really surprised us. The waiter who cleared our table in between came rather grumpy. The sundaes were quite small and of a simpler nature. Rather the tourist trap category than a good stop. Sometimes the decoration in the beer garden was broken, on the way to the toilet you passed a staff table with dirty plates and full ashtrays.

Of course, the staff have other tasks during the Corona period and everything takes a little longer. No problem so far, but we were held hostage for an hour today for a cyclist, a tea and a piece of cake. The first 20 min. nothing happened at first. The cake was then unfortunately also cold. So if you want to eat right there, you shouldn't go starving ...

On a sunny day, the beer garden is hopelessly overcrowded and you should come here with a decent time pad. We have been waiting from sitting down to eating 45 minutes. The service can not be taken from the rest and remains calm and friendly despite the rush. The food is nothing to complain about, although it may not be the ultimate culinary highlight.
